Yes I have read most of your report and the state Auditor of Ohio's report and yes that information is correct the Ohio retirement study council has failed in it's oversight regarding audits but again how can this oversight board still exist. Why hasn't the legislatures dismembered this oversight board for lack of oversight per the statute.
Question how are the legislatures allowing this. Ohio has five public retirement systems. Which receives oversight from a study council. The auditor of Ohio has found disturbing findings of audits not being performed properly by statute .
